For the deliverables...
All of the listed should be handed up in hardcopy...
For point 1, you can either

-just print out all the generated script(will have alot of redundant codes)(easiest and personally recommended :p)
-remove extra coding(may not work properly after editing so must double check)
-type out all codes manually(test to make sure they work)
